How does it work? 

Your initial Fluttering Gift subscription will be charged on the day you subscribe, while subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the 14th of each month. Once your payment is processed, we will ship your Fluttering Gift subscription within 7 business days.

Cancellations/ Refunds

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription hassle-free and without any questions asked, as long as it is done before the 14th of each month. 

The Fluttering Gift Subscription does not offer refunds for received items. Nevertheless, we strive to ensure your satisfaction upon receiving your item. If there happens to be any issue with your subscription item, we are more than willing to exchange it for you. Simply ship the product back to us and we will be happy to assist you.
